As entrepreneurs, we found that no matter how effective our daily time management was, there was never enough time in a day. So in small increments, “Virtual” help was brought on for the purpose of research, data entry, administrative, e-marketing and web maintenance.

It turned out to be a much more effective and cost-efficient than traditional employees, with less turn-over and risk. What was best, was that labor hours weren't wasted, as demand increased so did labor hours and as business slowed down, help was decreased.

So in 2012, Virtual Office Team was created as a small boutique style virtual administrative, clerical, customer service, marketing and sales support company focusing on providing dedicated qualified professionals to individuals and companies with the purpose to help busy professionals and companies maximize the duties and results with a singular focus on helping leaders get the job done, nurturing quality relationships with our clients and blending in with the team in place. 

What distinguishes us from other sites which connect you to freelancers is that we test, train and verify each freelancer based on the area of expertise. Each freelancer goes through an interview process, screening verification, training and testing. In addition, our staff overlooks each project and communicates with our Virtual Team to deliver projects to satisfaction and to specifications.
